The scope of works for this project involved a major refurbishment and re-roofing of the Supply Complex Building, which houses office areas, warehouse operations, and key ICT infrastructure supporting Defence network connections.

Upgrades included new flooring, ceilings, lighting, and finishes throughout the warehouse offices, administration, and specialty storage areas. Kitchen amenities and wet areas were fully refurbished, along with the main UPS and Comms rooms. Fire compliance works included updated signage, new sprinkler systems, FIP and smoke detection upgrades, and improved exit lighting.

To maintain warehouse operations during construction, an innovative re-roofing method was developed installing new sheeting on risers above the existing roof. This eliminated live-edge risks, ensured a safer worksite, and avoided disruption to critical operations below.
