This project involved the relocation of Australia Post’s retail facilities from Hunter Street to Kent Street, Sydney. It included the delivery of a new retail space, parcel pick-up kiosk, PO Boxes and a back-of-house sorting facility in line with the Retail Design Standard.

Completed over the Christmas period, the project followed a fast-tracked program, with close coordination to re-stack and reorganise 6,000 PO Boxes within a four-day window.
