Following severe storm damage in 2021, this project involved the full refurbishment of Observation Post Building 302 under a Design & Construct contract. The off-grid structure was rebuilt using durable materials and robust detailing to produce a long-term, resilient solution for Defence.

The adjacent historic bunker, connected to the Observation Post, received cosmetic upgrades including a fresh tri-colour paint finish, restoring its original character. The new amenities building was constructed in a white block to visually complement site’s bunker.
