ARP 3.0/4.0 was delivered in two stages, involving the design of roofing upgrades at 22 campuses and construction at 13 sites across NSW. The roofing process was continually refined to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Digital tools enabled simultaneous delivery across regional locations, with a tailored approach for each campus while maintaining consistency across the program. Strong collaboration with stakeholders ensured construction was completed with minimal disruption to TAFE operations.
